We are excited to announce Wild Fest, a benefit for Woodlands Wildlife Refuge. This food truck and music festival will be held on June 25th, 2023 from 12-6pm at the Clinton Elks Lodge in Pittstown, NJ. Wild Fest will be a fun day full of great food, amazing music and activities for the entire family. Woodlands is a 501c3 charity and receives no state or federal funding and relies on individual donations.
Participating food trucks include Cas’ Pierogi & Kielbasa, Cubano X-press, Eat My Balls, Ice Cream Creations, and Summer Daze! Featured live bands will be Raccoon Ridge Ramblers, Tommy Strazza & The Model Citizens, Joe Stuby & Rocking Horse, Joe Cirotti Trio, and Black Cross Band!
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! Additional activities include:
Face painting, balloon animals, fairy hair, giant bubbles, a pond for fishing (bring your rods), and lawn games.
Become an event sponsor and we will showcase your generosity. Sponsors will be featured and seen by thousands across social media, email promotions, and our website before, during and after the event. Admission is $15 per person, kids 12 and under are free. Event Tips: Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! Please do not bring outside food and beverages. There is a cash bar. The Tricky Tray, 50/50 raffle, and door prize contests are open to adult attendees 18+ only. Tricky Tray, 50/50, and door prize winners must be present to win. Tricky Tray winners will be posted at the Tricky Tray tent at 5:30pm. Door Prize & 50/50 winner will be drawn between 5-6pm.
Q: Do you have to RSVP?
A: No! Walk-ins are welcome but reserve early by June 18th for additional benefits.
Q: I registered early where do I pick up my beverage coupon and extra door prize ticket?
A: Please pick up your extra perks with Melissa at the Tricky Tray area.
Q: Are there shaded areas and places to sit?
A: Yes! There are plenty of shaded areas and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. But feel free to bring your own chairs and blankets

A: Additional activities include:
Face painting ($5-$10), balloon animals ($2), Temporary animal tattoos ($1), fairy hair ($2 per strand), giant bubbles, a pond for fishing (bring your rods), and a roaming animal mascot. Proceeds from activities benefit Woodlands Wildlife Refuge.

Advanced reservations require email for electronic tickets. Walk-ins are welcome but reserve early by June 18th for additional benefits. Ticket sales will open on May 1st, 2023.
E-tickets will be sent via email and attached at the bottom of the message. Please bring your e-ticket with you to the event either printed out or show it on your device to receive entry. RSVP before June 18th and get a free beverage coupon and extra door prize ticket redeemable at the Tricky Tray. Rain or shine, canceled only by weather disaster. Admission donations and sponsorships are non-refundable.
